Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting is scheduled for The First Sunday in Advent - December 2nd.  At this meeting, the congregation elects three new communicants in good standing to serve a three year term on vestry (parish council).  Two delegates and one alternate delegate are elected to a one year term as the parish delegation to diocesan convention.

Annual Diocesan Convention

The 125th Annual Convention will be held from January 31st through February 2nd, 2008 at the New Bern Convention Center in New Bern, North Carolina.  Our diocese has reserved hotel blocks at Comfort Suites Riverfront Park and at the Sheraton New Bern.  The reservation ends on December 31st, 2007. 

The registration fee with meals is $88 per delegate.  We send one priest, two voting delegates, and one alternate delegate to the Annual Diocesan Convention.
