From the interection of US highway 17 and NC Highway 33 go west 1/4 mile to Trinity Church on the right.

From Greenville, take NC Highway 33 east through Grimesland to Chocowinity. About 1/4 mile after the speed limit goes to 35 for Chocowinity, Trinity Church will be on the left.
