Senior Exercise Group
TIME TO EXERCISE! - Put on those excercise shoes and join the exercise group that meets in the Undercroft of Trinity Episcopal Church on Tuesday mornings from 11:00am until 12:00noon. The instructor leads the group in stretching and exercise to limber up those ligaments and liven up those muscles. The sessions are particularly good for persons with arthritis and other bone, joint, or muscle ailments. (Open to persons age 55 and up.)

Open meetings in the undercroft every Friday 8:00-9:30 PM. Park in rear.
